Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coating is a high luster finish similar to polished aluminum that is primarily used for high temperature applications like engine parts. Ceramic coatings insulate extremely well which reduces heat transfer resulting in cooler temperatures which results in more power and better fuel economy.

All tubing, headers and manifolds are coated inside and out. They won't discolor like chrome or crack or flake off when part is mechanically damaged. Ceramic is also highly resistant to rust and reduces thermal fatigue.

Ceramic Coating:

Great alternative to chrome for pulleys, brackets, valve covers and oil pans.

Impervious to oil, antifreeze, brake fluid & solvents.

Very thin, will not affect tolerances.

Resistant to mild acids & alkaline solutions.

Able to coat parts up to 45" long and 20" in diameter.
